Therapy is about helping you with your unique challenges and supporting you in building a life you feel passionate about living. As your therapist, I recognize and appreciate that you are an individual with your own needs, and our work together will honor that.
I have worked with adults of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, adjustment problems, stress, and phase-of-life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused. I provide solution focused therapy for short-term solutions and immediate symptom reduction.
We also can explore the idea of continuing with longer-term psychotherapy for personal growth and development. I was trained in a variety of evidence-based practices. I often integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal, and psychodynamic techniques.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a consultant in medical settings, providing program development and supervision for behavioral health services. I am well qualified, state licensed, and am passionate about my work as a therapist.
